US residents of Bolivian heritage, you may represent your country of birth, or that of
a parent or grandparent.
Participation of “heritage” delegates in the Miss Latina US Pageant began in 2003 to
highlight the diversity of nationalities that comprise the vast Latino population residing
in the United States, in addition to their presence across the entire country through the
state representations.
